Anthony Minniti

My name is Anthony Minniti, and my wife and I have been proud owners at Regal Palms since 2009. We were initially drawn to the community for its ideal location near parks, shopping, and restaurants, but it was the unique layout and outstanding amenities of Regal Palms itself that made us fall in love and purchase here.

I am passionate about helping our community realize its full potential. I believe our properties are currently undervalued, and I am committed to making Regal Palms the destination of choice for visitors to Central Florida.

Professionally, I have a 20-year background with Best Buy Canada in a management capacity, where I developed a strong acumen for growing revenue, reducing costs, and strategic planning. On the side, I have hands-on experience in the construction industry, giving me a practical understanding of property and infrastructure matters. I excel in conflict resolution and believe that clear, strong communication is the foundation of a successful community.

My commitment to community service is demonstrated through my decade of volunteering with a non-profit BMX track, where I’ve worked with kids and families under the banners of BMX Canada and USA. This experience has honed my skills in collaboration and building consensus.
