Responsibilities The General Manager/ LCAM oversees the daily operations of the HOA community, ensuring compliance with governing documents and Florida statutes. Responsibilities include supervising vendors and onsite staff, managing budgets and financial reporting, addressing homeowner concerns, facilitating board meetings, coordinating maintenance and property improvements, enforcing community rules, and working closely with the Board of Directors to support the overall vision and goals of the community.
