I want to emphasize that if an Owner has a problem or concern, you should be contacting one of the Guest Services managers above OR go to DwellingLive and submit a “Service Request”. Do not email or call a board member or put a post on the Regal Palms Owners page without first contacting Guest Services. We would like everything to go through Guest Services, if an issue needs to be elevated to the Board, they will then contact the Board.
Please help us by letting Guest Services do what they do best, manage our resort.
